You know, I'm just fucking tired of what is going on in my college, I know it's something big and important but the LACK OF RESPECT AND DIALOGUE between EVERYONE is just getting plain stupid and I'm almost locking myself at home because of that so at least I can worry only with ART DISCUSSION in DeviantART and other art communities, which is something that takes most of my life time. At least it's still in a very civilized level and when an asshole someone decides to act like a stupid kid that thinks that he/she will win with hostilities and shouting, you can just ignore said person.

Even in real life, it seems my discussions about art are also more polite than whatever chaotic issue is forming in my university.

Gonna continue this rant later. Maybe I'll try to explain what's going on.

I´ve decided not to, since I´m still way too pissed off and I might write very nasty things here to some people (not that "those" people even know I have a LJ).

What with all the anti-thing between all those nations? I mean, I know there are historical issues and such, pretty much like how America and England must have been and England with France, but to actually take Hetalia seriously enough to consider it a Japan's insult to Korea?

Geez, I'm from a Chinese family and I don't feel insulted by the hundred of China jokes that are in this fandom (can´t say about Brazil cuz it doesn't appear in the story... I think we only became more important in WWII... I don't even remember what we were doing in WWI o_O). I mean, it's just sarcastic joke, and I must say NO ONE there in this show is saved from it (even Japan who seems way too narrow-minded and withdrawn in this and has porn books XD).

But the thing is not Hetalia. I simply don't understand why there is this whole hate-hate story. I have two friends, one is from a Korean family and the other is from a Japanese family. And I must say I get along with them pretty well, we actually laugh at one another because of the cultural differences. On the other hand, there are some more traditional families here whose members of my age actually don't even talk to anyone that is from another asian nationality. My own family isn't really too fond of Koreans and Japanese... but then, we also make sarcastic jokes of ourselves (such as saying that we Chinese eat almost anything that moves and breathes XD... it's kinda true...in a way, now that I'm thinking), and we have a good number of friends who are Japanese (and now we even have some family members that are Japanese). As for Koreans, I don't think we have much contact with them... except for my friend, of course. Seems like here the Koreans are a bit more "closed", but that's just my impression.

Sorry for this long useless rant, but it was something that had been bothering me lately. I don't wanna have to run from Japanese and Koreans because they hate me for what my ancestor's country did... Nor I hate them for anything their country might have done to mine.

I must say the rest of the building (except Library, Theatre, Administration section and Laboratories) is pretty much in the same state, for better or for worse.

I really don't like my school.

I don't like some of its subjects/teachers and I sincerely don't like the BUILDING. I feel depressed there, there are no windows on the studios or classes, only on the first floors. And infrastructure there SUCKS, as you can see by my SUPPOSED-TO-BE studio (we change studios every year).

I'm going to USA again this year to attend to my cousin's wedding on Chicago, on July 25th (LOL, one day after my own birthday XDDD). But I'm going to travel from July 12th to July 29th.

Like the other time, I'll probably not meet anyone from DA... but so far I think I'm going to Washington (say hello to Obama XD), then to Boston and Philadelphia. Then I'll go to Chicago. No Canada this time (I wanna go back to Quebéc ;_;).

Between the first three cities it seems we are going to travel by train! I never travelled by train cuz... well, that's not really common here in Brazil, most trains are more like the trains from subway and not very suited for long trips =_=;;;. So I'm really excited with the idea.

So far the trip is confirmed, I don't think my family will cancel it due to the Influenza A issue.

I wonder if I'll buy something related to Final Fantasy or Code Geass during my trip... mom already told me to not buy many mangás like the last time XD.

If you pay attention to it you'll see that Sunrise ended using just the BASE of the original hat designed by CLAMP D:

I also think CLAMP's hat is a bit oversized ("looks like a parachute", according to a friend), but I also didn't like the final hat, it seemed too small and that something was missing. (It wasn't FABULOUS D:!!!)

ALSO, notice Lelouch's sword in CLAMP's illustration, it's MUCH better than the gay pink one he uses in the animation. It's white and MATCHES his outfit.

Now, changing the subject, I've watched Gran Torino finally and the movies IS GOOD. I usually like Clint Eastwood's movies, but this one really was something to me, specially because, while not so radical like in the movie we, Asians, do suffer prejudice here sometimes and the movie also shows that it's not a one sided idea, Asian people can also be pretty mean when they want to. I recommend that movie to everyone.

Do you think it's all right to say the name of a band or anime wrong on an national broadcast interview?

It's not the problem of being the right way or wrong way to say it, it doesn't change the fact the the said band/anime will remain the same.

But, God, in national broadcast? It's almost like giving wrong information! o_o I would die of embarrassement if that happened to me! Specially if I proclaim that I'm a fan!

Examples: An Cafe --- An KÁFI; miyavi ---> miyavEH; the GAzettE ---> GazetEE; Hagaren (Hagane no Renkijutsu - Fullmetal Alchemist)---> HagaNEN. Code Geass ---> Code GEEass

Well, you can call me a picky person but I think it's quite a giveaway that you may not be such big fan (like most proclaim) if you cannot even say the name of the fandom correctly.

In the end I didn't make it, I couldn't go to the show. I'm really frustrated by that, but it seems they liked here and plan to come back one day :3

But I've spent my weekend with my friends, so it was really fun anyway.

Short update, sorry, I'm not feeling like writing much today.

... so MAYBE I'll go to An Cafe's show... a friend is selling her ticket since she won't be able to attend to it. She asked me if I could buy her ticket. I would gladly buy it but first I have to:

1. Convince mom I can go to it alone.
2. Convince mom I won't be kidnapped there, because it's going to be in a theatre.
3. Convince mom that I'm almost 20?

I could always just "go", but I don't want to get in trouble and bad terms with my mom. My father is kinda ok with it, since he himself did lots of things against their parents better judgement when he was young XD, so as long as I don't go to a heavy metal show (cuz he hates it) or get into drugs (not likely, I don't even drink much) he is fine with whatever I do.

Rule number one to win battles on Riku's side mode: Break cards when possible and try to activate as many Break Card Duel modes as possible.

Weird how you can finish Riku's story so quickly... I've spent a total of 35 hours on Sora's story mode, but I've finished Riku's in 10 hours o_O.

I didn't like Zexion's voice, I think the original voice actor did an wonderful job compared to the English voice actor. Sometimes it seems Zexion's voice does't match his mouth, nor expression. Plus, they seem to mistake "bastard who is too smart for his own good" with "arrogant".

I like the end of Riku's story mode better, since we get to see the models of all the Organization XIII members that participated in the game fighting. And we also get more screen time of Roxas on the final cutscenes. Seems like Axel doesn't really like much sea salt ice cream, or his ice cream is too cold, by his reactions towards it. You get this scene by the end of the game... I don't know if you need to get all the cards or something to see all final cutscenes of Roxas, because I just finished Riku's side with 100% (yay me!). still, I have to get all cards and fill the Journal report of Sora (89%).
