Someone asked me from where I've got my icon. It was made from a kinda known fanart drawn by me, in case that someone is still curious about it (I really don't know that person so I don't know other way to answer his/her question




Anyway, looks like miyavi is coming back to Brazil in July, but that's not oficial yet. Also, Do as Infinity will release their new single in June 17th!!!! I can't wait to listen to it, cuz I've got so sad when DAI announced their end.

In the end I didn't make it, I couldn't go to the show. I'm really frustrated by that, but it seems they liked here and plan to come back one day :3

But I've spent my weekend with my friends, so it was really fun anyway.

Short update, sorry, I'm not feeling like writing much today.

... so MAYBE I'll go to An Cafe's show... a friend is selling her ticket since she won't be able to attend to it. She asked me if I could buy her ticket. I would gladly buy it but first I have to:

1. Convince mom I can go to it alone.
2. Convince mom I won't be kidnapped there, because it's going to be in a theatre.
3. Convince mom that I'm almost 20?

I could always just "go", but I don't want to get in trouble and bad terms with my mom. My father is kinda ok with it, since he himself did lots of things against their parents better judgement when he was young XD, so as long as I don't go to a heavy metal show (cuz he hates it) or get into drugs (not likely, I don't even drink much) he is fine with whatever I do.

So... I've found out that the show was rated for 16 and older here (R-15, probably), so my cousin (who wanted so badly to see the show, even more than I) would probably have a chance of not being able to even enter the theatre, since she is younger o_O.

Lol, I was talking about that with my father's side of family and I've only noticed today that only a small part of my family knows I actually like jrock/oshare kei/visual kei.. I keep imagining their faces if I ever show up with piercings (don't plan to), colored hair (highlights I do once in a while), make up (I may use in special events, but I'm not used to) and stylized clothes (heh, my wardrobe is starting to get filled with things like that). They would probably think that "it comes with the job area she wants", since I'm studying to be an architect or a designer (but I'm also after the job of illustrator) and people around me seem to think those jobs are surrounded by crazy people. But if my cousins do the same thing they would probably think they went nuts.

Well, I can't deny I have a crazy side of mine. In a good way.

I was talking about the latest GazettE's pv on my last entry and now I remember that Taion's pv also creeped me for the same reason. I guess I don't like faceless people who look like dolls? Dunno, looks like they are possessed by something o_O (and I'm scared to death of those things).

And, God, I've listened to Uruha singing again.... please, Uru-pon, stick with the guitar... I love you but you just can't be the vocal, let Ruki do that for the band (really, he may love karaoke, but he sucks at singing XD).

An Cafe is coming to Brazil!

Sad new is: I'm not going D:, mainly because I have a b-day party, plus most people I know won't go, a friend who was going to buy the tickets with me kinda forgot about my existence, it seems (he actually hasn't been talking to any of our mutual friends). Now I've found out some not-so-close friends are currently struggling at the ticket booth line to get the last tickets, but I don't have emotional/physical strength anymore to go after it.

Only one thing that makes me feel just a little LESS angry/depressed with this: I've already watched some An Cafe dvd shows and Miku... doesn't sing so well live as he does in CD/PV. Considering I like An Cafe mainly because of their music, rather than their look (although I love Kanon, Bou and Takuya's style so much!) I was a bit disappointed after learning that. I mean, Ruki from the GazettE sings quite well in lives, and I won't even mention Hyde from L'arc~en~Ciel and Utada Hikaru, those are like... gods in lives! (Seriously, if I ever get the opportunity to watch any of those three bands/singers live I won't think twice).

For some reason GazettE's latest PV (Distress and Coma) creeps me o_O...

I don't even know if people noticed only those in my friend-list are able to comment. I'm really sorry for that, it was just in order to avoid spam comming from certain users, but now I don't think they are going to do it (they were already reported on the comm they had spammed)

About the rating stuff, I think I was just angry with one comment, now I really don't care to what's happening to that thing. I think I'm getting the character I hate anyway. I'll try re-stamping, but for now I'm ok with it (urray for the insane scientist side I didn't know I had?)

Buuuut, well, changing topics a bit, I've bought a keychain of Takuya (An Cafe) and another of Ruki (GazettE), so I'm happy today :3. I don't feel like punching the wall (even if I did kick my friend for saying something really stupid yesterday D:, but then I didn't have my keychains yet)

This week I'm going to get the wig for my Souji Okita cosplay. I wonder if I get purple lights and purple contact lens but... I think they are so expensive that I don't think so XD.

I've decided to open this journal again for public, as I have a dead rp account that is going to be redesigned to be the place where I'll post my original mangá. So far you can have a taste of how it's going to be by reading an extra page I've posted in DeviantART not long ago. It was an entry for a contest but I didn't win. The characters featured there are not exactly characters of BlackWhite YingYang, but they are related to the main character.

And, talking about good news, Miyavi is HERE! Here in BRAZIL!!! O.O That's so exciting! I couldn't buy the tickets for the show (too late, plus I have no money for it u.u), but GOD, I'm so happy to see that MAYBE my favorite singers and bands may one day come here so I can watch them live! I'm not a big Miyavi fan (but I like his songs anyway) but if the show wasn't so expensive I would make sure to go. Yay for the j-rock in Brazil!

Oh well, today was my... 12th driving lesson I guess? I really don't remember the correct number XD. Well, I still haven't killed someone or crashed into something, but I still don't feel confident enough to do the driving test.

Tomorrow I'm going with my family to Chinatown (actually that's not how we call it here in Brazil, but it's exactly like Chinatowns in USA) to buy food and other stuff for the Chinese New Year, which is going to happen on January 6 and 7, I'm so excited! I think I'm happier commemorating Chinese New Year than the ocidental New Year... probably because I get a chance to eat Chinese food (just joking!) XD

As you can see by my current main icon, I'm in a jrock moment, listening mostly to An Cafe and the GazettE. I like An Cafe's outfits, they inspire me a lot when creating outfits for my merry and goofy characters, hahaha, and their music make me happy. But for lyrics and melody, I can say that the GazettE became my favourite jrock band. I feel very moved by Reila's lyrics, I can't have enough of this song. And, although the lyrics' theme is quite heavy, I really enjoy listening to Filth in Beauty. I wish good luck for both bands (and that one day I'll be able to see a live, but dunno if I'll ever get the chance XD). I also like other bands like L'arc~en~Ciel, Last Alliance, Orange Range and Asian Kung Fu Generation, but mostly due to anime influence.

Edit: Oh yeah, forgot to say that: People, check out Last Alliance, they have some really nice songs, but they are not very popular. They are the ones that composed the ending theme for Ouran High School Host Club.
